Ordering

  • Please call 1-800-EAT-GOOD (1-800-328-4663) between 9am and 6pm Monday-Friday. To assure availability please call at least one business day in advance.
  • Place your order on-line at http://www.RHB.com.
Advance Notice

  • To better serve you, please provide us with as much advance notice as possible, especially on full service events. Changes must be received at least 24 hours prior to the event.
  • For Special Events, changes must be received at least 72 hours prior to the event. We will do our very best to accommodate your last minute catering needs, however, an additional service charge may apply.
Presentation

  • All menu items will arrive on garnished platters, deluxe bowls and/or in reusable Chicken Out Rotisserie Catering containers. Specialty buffets are available with disposable or rental chaffing dishes for an additional fee. Disposable Serving utensils are included with all menu items.
  • Disposable Chaffing Dishes starting at 7.00 each. Stainless Chaffing Dishes 25.00 each. Disposable Cutlery .49 per person.
Delivery

  • Charges vary based on event size, location, date and time and weather.
Payment, Deposits & Taxes

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for the payment at time of order.
  • Chicken Out Rotisserie Catering reserves the right to charge a deposit on orders.
  • Appropriate sales tax will be applied to all orders.
Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of orders within 24 hours will be charged 75% of the original order total.

Return/Refund Policy

  • Food cannot be returned and refunds are subject to review by your event coordinator.

Special Events

  • Ask our Catering Coordinators about Equipment Rental, Service Staff and Event Planning. Special care given to Tour Groups.
